The objective of the project that is conducted in Adana, Afyonkarahisar, Amasya, Aksaray, Ankara, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bolu, Burdur, Bursa, Çanakkale, Çankırı, Çorum, Denizli, Edirne, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Hatay, Isparta, Istanbul, Izmir, Karaman, Kastamonu, Kayseri, Kırklareli, Kırşehir, Kilis, Konya, Malatya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Nevşehir, Niğde, Osmaniye, Sakarya, Samsun, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, Tokat, Uşak and Van is to provide ₺600 – ₺900 worth of PTT cards (the amount is determined based on family size) to asylum-seekers and refugees with special needs in the mentioned cities to meet their basic needs for one-time.  Within this scope, the special needs assessment regarding the refugees was conducted by SGDD-ASAM, and those found to be eligible to obtain these cards were identified by UNHCR and the cards were given to the refugees by PTT. The project, launched in September 2016, lasted for six months.
